Alternative Halloween

For the first time, Sunday Club ran an Alternative Halloween Party for primary school age children on Saturday 31st October.  About 10 children came along, dressed in a variety of costumes, and had a great time.  Games included guessing what was in the old slimy church, a memory game, trying to eat chocolate with a knife and fork with workman's gloves on and taking a piece of chocolate out of a mound of flour with just your teeth!!  There were also cakes to decorate, sock puppets to make and play dough to enjoy.  The highlight of the evening was trying to break into the Piñatas to get to the sweets inside.  We also enjoyed watching a Friends and Heroes DVD and sharing a burger and chips supper.

Many thanks Gemma & Stuart who organised all the fun and to those who came along and joined in.
